Currently I am working as the Emerging Talent Producer at the Lyric Hammersmith. I am responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of SPRINGBOARD, the Lyric’s flagship training programme for future artists and actors. I plan and logistically organise the trainees on the programme who receive hundreds of engagement opportunities during their attachment to the theatre on the programme. This is a brilliant initiative and it’s been really rewarding to plan and programme the workshops which are led by leading industry practitioners including the Lyric’s associate artists such as Tinuke Craig and Tanika Gupta, renowned casting directors such as Jill Green and Aisha Bywaters, and exciting theatre artists and directors such as Emma Baggott and Emily Aboud. In addition to the SPRINGBOARD programme I directly produce the Evolution Festival and The Bill Cashmore Award which enables young and emerging writers to transform a fledgling idea from page to the professional stage and headline the Evolution Festival.
