This included continuing the existing programme of weekly participatory workshops, one off events, sharings, trips and seeking opportunities for development which reflect members and sector feedback. I managed the programme budget, set participation targets and line managed the creative freelancers.
I worked across two participatory community projects; Arthur and Town2 assisting the lead producer of the company. I worked on directly recruiting participants for both projects, budget management and contracting creative freelancers. I also assisted on the company’s successful ACE application.
